[PVE-User] How to auto enable the Intel nic multi queue function?

hi,all

current, I have tested and multi queue feature is enabled.
but, must be follow this step:

# add /etc/modprobe.d/igb.conf
#
options igb IntMode=3,3,3,3,3,3 RSS=8,8,8,8,8,8

and

#update-initramfs -u 

# cat /proc/interrupts|grep eth4|awk '{ print $1,$19 }'
63: eth4
64: eth4-TxRx-0
65: eth4-TxRx-1
66: eth4-TxRx-2
67: eth4-TxRx-3
68: eth4-TxRx-4
69: eth4-TxRx-5

use current latest code and make deb

so, I want to auto( not add igb.conf and update-initramfs -u ) enable it, how can i do it?
