[PVE-User] Listening on port 8006 with IPv6 address

I think we have discuted about this some months ago

We need to use IO::Socket::IP instead IO::Socket::INET in Daemon.pm.

to be able to listen on both ipv4 and ipv6

maybe for proxmox 4.0 ?
