[PVE-User] VM clone qcow2 to qcow2

Hi Tonči,

I am sure you are doing it the right way. As you mentioned, you can 
choose it in the GUI at the bottom of the clone window.

The "Format" option becomes selectable as soon as you choose a valid 
"Target Storage" value.
