[PVE-User] Enabling Nested Virtualisation Risks?

Are there any stability risks to enabling nested virtualisation on my
(intel) cluste nodes? as per the guide here:

I'd like to test the 4.0 proxmox beta and it would be a lot easier if I
just did it on a vlan in my existing cluster.
