[PVE-User] LXC on Proxmox 4 backup super slow

I don't know why in this new version of Proxmox with the new containers 
on LXC the backup take so long to finish.....I try today one backup of a 
container of 15gb local and remote and both take more of 2 hours, this 
is impossible..

and other thing is the snapshot functions is disabled
