Maybe unmap is not reaching zfs so that zfs thinks blobs are in use
while the VM has released the blobs.

I am doing some tests here and with kernel 3.10 it seems to work. Eg
blocks containing value zero (0) is not reserving space on the zvol. I
will make the test results public on the list when they are ready.
