[PVE-User] Strange ZFS Performance

Still experimenting with ZFS on a new server with proxmox 3.4. Current Setup

BOOT:
- Intel SSD 535 - ZFS

Data ZFS:
- 4 * WD Velocoraptor 600GB Drives
- SSD for SLOG and Cace
- ZIL capped at 4GB

It runs ok for a couple of days and then ZFS seems to go nuts. IO delays
goes over 50% until I kill the one VM that runs off the ZFS pool.

the whole system is then incredibly slow to use - ssh login takes 10-20
seconds. pveperf on the boot disk shows the following:

CPU BOGOMIPS: 140548.16
REGEX/SECOND: 972975
HD SIZE: 92.78 GB (rpool/ROOT/pve-1)
FSYNCS/SECOND: 10.00
DNS EXT: 126.03 ms
DNS INT: 22.12 ms (brian.softlog)

Truly terrible fsync. The data pool is the same. The only cure seems to be
a reboot.

Server has 64GB RAM and Dual Intel E5-2660
