[PVE-User] Best way to share out a ZFS Pool?

I've setup a RAID 10 ZFS pool with SSD ZIL & L2ARC on a proxmox node.
Read/Write performance is very satisfactory.

I of course want other nodes to access it - what is the best way to share
it out?

I tried NFS over 1GB and seq read/write was pretty good, but random writes
were really *really* bad.
