[PVE-User] Feature requests

Hi

I would like to create VMs without additional storage. VM uses pxe boot 
and does not need local storage. Of course I can remove storage after a 
creation, but a single checkbox "don't add storage" would be nice, maybe? :)

How about "migrate all" functionality for other users as well (not only 
for root)? Despite the fact that my user (pve realm) is Administrator, I 
cannot use Migrate All.
