[PVE-User] novnc & copy/paste

Some VNC implementations have dedicated buttons to move data to/from the remote clipboard. I do not know how this is done exactly. I know the uVNC is capable of the task.

 VNC is implemented on the host side, so there is no connection into the VM. So
 IMHO copy/paste will never work with VNC.
