There is no plan for deb-src packages. See http://forum.proxmox.com/threads/15742-Details-about-the-new-pve-no-subscripton-repository?p=80973#post80973

Subject: [PVE-User] Absence of deb-src pacakges
Hello there,
Could anybody share the point on deb-src packages? Are they not included by design, development model, business decision or just due to technical limits?
I'm asking because source packages are really useful for quick fixes and matching names/versions and downloading source packages from git repository takes extra time and attention.
Best regards,
Stanislav German-Evtushenko
