[PVE-User] explain cpu usage

There are only 2 VM, with Debian 7, kernel 3.2, 64bit; VM have 24GB of ram.
Linux cn04-www1 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.63-2+deb7u1 x86_64 GNU/Linux

VM are webserver with intensive http site (nginx/php-fpm):
 11:37:08 up 3 days, 12:22,  1 user,  load average: 6.17, 5.86, 5.98

No steal, no iowait in VM:
top - 11:38:05 up 3 days, 12:23,  1 user,  load average: 5.98, 5.82, 5.95
Tasks: 335 total,   6 running, 329 sleeping,   0 stopped,   0 zombie
%Cpu(s): 54.8 us,  6.1 sy,  0.0 ni, 37.0 id,  0.1 wa,  0.0 hi,  1.6 si,
 0.4 st
