[PVE-User] DELL PowerEdge M620 in a M1000e chassis fencing domain hangs

Hi there 
I am new with proxmox, so please be patient.
We are using proxmox 3.42
On a Dell environment M1000e chassis with M620 blades
We had now twice the problem that the on one blade the resource manger had
issues and the whole fencing domain struggled
5 of 6 devices could not do fencing,
Is there some thing we can do to prevent this, is this a known issue ?
