[PVE-User] About openvswitch: just for testing purpose

Note that proxmox plan is not to replace bridge with openswitch,

both are available, so users have choice :)

Citrix XenServer switched to openvswitch for a couple of releases (5.5, 
5.6), then pulled it as being too flakey.
