Hi Luis,

Sorry if this sounds very simple, but are you sure "local" storage 
corresponds to /var/liv/vz? Are you sure the images are in that storage?

I have never seen a problem like this myself. What does Proxmox say 
about your VM's disks in their hardware tab? Maybe you are missing some 
permission?
