I wondered that, which is why I placed a simple centos VM on the same pool as
the first startup, with a 30 second delay, it started ok.
I tested another reboot and the AD VM started ok this time, but the 4th VM
timed out.
Christmas holidays is a good time to test this stuff - I have no life :( But
I do have four dogs snoring in my home office.
