[PVE-User] hrtimer errors

So far, at least in my case, I'm leaning on bios power management. The
HPs have 2 settings that for some reason changed after a bios update.
Configuration -> Processors and look at the Power Management
There are 2 settings here that would not stick
–HP Power Profile
–HP Power Regulator
Power regulator settings
Dynamic
static low power
static high performance
And a profile setting.
Not sure how I was passing thru these settings but after a couple of
reboots I was finally able to get them to stick.
After a week of running and monitoring logs I have not seen anymore
hrtimer entries.
