[PVE-User] Live migration the way Ganeti does it.

Hello,
Searching in Internet I have found this video about Ganeti, one solution
from Google for cloud computing:

I have liked very much the way they do the HA and live migration of
virtual machines. They create a DRBD device for each virtual machine
disk and, for the live migration from the primary node to the secondary
node, Ganeti automatically changes the DRBD role from primary to
secondary (in the primary node) and secondary to primary (in the
secondary node); and moves the virtual machine from the primary node to
the secondary node.

I'm asking myself if is it possible to do the same with Proxmox?
Is it possible?

Is it possible to do it from the web interface?

If the answer is not, is it possible to program something in the
webinterface for make it using the REST API or something like this?
