Missing IDE registry patch ?

I try with Selfimage once upon a time and work pretty well in Windows 7.
I can't understand why not works now!
Is this something to do because the VM was running on Hyper-V???

My way to clone every single VM I ever cloned :

1 . Download a Clonezilla CD
2 . Put it on your virtualization system
3 . boot the VM using Clonezilla
4 . save the VM as image in a USB drive ( or if you have a server in
network, use it )
5 . Create your new VM in your target vistualization system
6 . boot it using Clonezilla
7 . restore image saved in step 4
8 . boot your new VM and make the necessary adjustments ( like virtIO
and vídeo drivers )
9 . done

Always works for me !
