[PVE-User] Is there a way to convert vmdk file in openVZ template.

Namaskar!

Is there a way to convert vmdk file in openVZ template i.e. tar.gz.
I am able to convert it in qcow2 and it has graphical ubuntu installed with
so many packages but now I want to change it in consol based. For this I
want to change it in OpenVZ template.
