Are you sure you want to do this?  You will not be able to live migrate
your VM to a different host unless the swap area is on shared storage.

If you really want to do this, you can set up another area on local disk
and allocate a second disk to the guest from that volume.  When you
install the OS on the guest, put the swap device on this second virtual
drive.
