This file is part of the pve-qemu-kvm package:

# dpkg -L pve-qemu-kvm|grep acpi-dsdt
/usr/share/kvm/q35-acpi-dsdt.aml
/usr/share/kvm/acpi-dsdt.aml 

Can you find those files?
