[PVE-User] 3.0 RC1 Clone on different node / local storage

Cloning local storage to a remote node (local storage) does not work. As soon as you select a remote node for target, it will show a red error ".. is not allowed for this action".
So the questions is, how do you trigger this action? Via gui, its not possible.
