[PVE-User] Packaging bugs 334 and 349

PVE developers,

I'd like to call your attention to two bugs, which have not had activity in two months:

https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=349 .

Both bugs relate to .deb packaging, and have trivial fixes.  The issues are still present in 3.0 RC1.

For bug 334, I propose adding "Depends: vzctl" to the pve-manager package.

For bug 349, I propose adding "Conflicts: libcman3, libdlm3, libdlmcontrol3, liblogthread3" to the redhat-cluster-pve package.

A speedy review would be much appreciated, and if you can manage to incorporate the fixes into 3.0, that would be even nicer.
