[PVE-User] SPICE for Proxmox VE (pvetest)

I am testing SPICE on a 3 nodes cluster.
If you are connected with the WebUI to the 1st node, and try to open SPICE for a VM that is on another node, it doesn't work; you need to connect with the WebUI to that node to correctly start it.
