[PVE-User] USB physical port mapping not working well with AGFEO telephone system

I have a proxmox 3.0 server with an windows small business server 2008
guest. It's working fine. But i need to pass-through an usb device for
connection the windows server with the telephone system. If I plug the
usb device in the proxmox server it is being recognized correctly.
In /var/log/messages you can find the following lines:

Afterwards I run the following command on my proxmox server:

qm set 100 -usb0 host=0a0e:0029

If i take a look into the vm configuration file I can find the following
line:

usb0: host=0a0e:0029

So everything seems to bee fine. So I stop the VM and start it using the
proxmox webinterface. While the vm is booting there are written some
lines to /var/log/messages:

I don't know if this is normal but for me it seems as if it is not
working fine. However windows detects the new usb device and installs
some drivers. Afterwards I can find the device manager an isdn device
called "AGFEO AS45". So everything seems to be fine. But if I try to
connect to the telephone system using usb the connection fails. So there
must be something not working fine.

In qm monitor the info usb output seems to be fine:
# info usb

About once a day I can find the following in my /var/log/messages-log on
the node:

Normally it happens once a day. But the time of day just varies and I
can't see any regularity.

The info usb output at qm monitor is still the same and if I use a tool
on the windows server to see all connected usb devices, the passed
through agfeo usb device is listed as active. So do you have any
suggestions how I can get this usb pass-through to work?
