I am currently experiencing exactly the same issue. (But have Win 2008 R2
installed)
Did you manage to find a fix for this? Or figure out what is causing this?
On the VM Monitor Tab in Proxmox if I run a "info status" the response is:
VM status: paused (io-error)
Even if I run QM resume <id>, it still stays paused.
I can also not shutdown or reset, I have to stop the vm and start it again.
