Adding a little to Michael's response, it's not a "disk" what you would
resize.
By default, not sure if at all, OpenVZ (aka CT) guests don't use disk
images for storage. Instead, a part of your host's filesystem is
assigned to the container, with specific quota. What you can do is
resize that quota.
So, there is no vmdk file.

This reference apply to KVM guests (aka VM).
