[PVE-User] How to resize raw disk size in VM?

Hi Everyone,

I have a Windows 2008 R2 installed in VM on Proxmox 2.1-1. I am running out
of space on C:\ drive. What is the right way to increase the raw disk size?
I don't want to risk loosing of the C:\ data of course.
