[PVE-User] LVM Group and VMDK

Hello,
I have tried migrating successfully in the past from .vmdk to lvm by using
this guide:
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Migration_of_servers_to_Proxmox_VE#VMware_to_Proxmox_VE_.28KVM.29
What I did actually is giving the following command to migrate directly
vmdk to lvm:
dd if=vm.vmdk of=/dev/VG/vm-102-disk-1
