[PVE-User] Problem creating container

Hi --

Using PVE-2.2-32.

I'm trying to create a new container.  When the "Create OpenVC Container"
window appears, the name of the node is outlined in red and mousing
over it causes a popup to appear which says that the node appears to
be offline.

When I restart the node I am able to create a new container.  How can
I correct this without rebooting?
