[PVE-User] Adding info to backup email from hook script "job-start" phase

Is there anyway to add to the backup email from the "job-start" phase?

e.g - I'm testing for a mounted usb drive in the job-start phase and it would 
be nice to indicate in the email as to why the job was failed.
