[PVE-User] change ip of iscsi-portal or import existing lvm-group

Hi everyone,

I want to change networks settings from my storage server (NexentaStor)
and ask myself if it is possible to change the IP of the iSCSI-portal 
without loosing the targets and the lvm-groups?

Or maybe a workaround by assigning an additional IP to the portal and
add/import the existing targets the lvm-groups on it?
