[PVE-User] proxmox installer bug

hello, i found a bug in the proxmox 2.3 installer logic.
the installer does not ask which disk you want the bootloader installed to,
and it automatically uses the first disk seen by bios. i consider this
destructive in nature and highy imature.

sadly it is one of the most common new distro bugs known in the open source
world. i hope someone modifies the installer soon :)

also allowing manual set up partitioning would be ideal as well.
