Post your VM config.
- qm config VMID
And use virtio (not scsi virtio).
Best Regards,
Martin

There are several how-to's all over the web, just 2 examples :
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/13/html/Virtualization_Guide/chap-Virtualization-KVM_Para_virtualized_Drivers.html
http://kahdev.wordpress.com/2011/05/30/using-virtio-drivers-in-a-kvm-windows-guest-vm/
Looking at this screenshot, I beleave you get hard disks wrong during VM creation !
SCSI type are irrelevant, what matters are the hard disk :

What are your guest OS ?
All Linux distributions already have virtio in the kernel .
Windows needs this :

Mhh oke.
Can you tell me where i can find the driver for VirtoIO SCSI oder IDE?
Just SATA works without a Driver.

looks like you have a SATA device in your VM. For now, this is not live migrateable (use virtio/ide/scsi instead).
