[PVE-User] Change proxmox GUI listening interface / IP?

I think that you can control the address apache2 listens on in 
/etc/apache2/ports.conf .

I am not sure if NameVirtualHost *:80   or Listen 80  is the line to change.

you may want to start with this:
Listen 217.0.0.0:80

restart apache2

then check with something like this:
netstat -tulpn | grep :80
