[PVE-User] VZ-Console Does'nt work

Great, i added:

1:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty1

to my inittab (debian) and it worked ... almost, when i connect the 
screen is blank and when i push enter it says "Password:" (se screenshot)

Any idea how to work-around this?
