[PVE-User] PVE 2.1 - Issue with certificates, apache2 doesn't start, pve-manager not running

Hi all!

I'm trying to install pve 2.1 but still I don't get around because of
a certificate issue with apache2.

Only pve-manager is not running here!

I just need a set of simple instructions for generating
pve-redirect.conf / correct certs to make it work with my self-signed
certificates ;-)

Please help me!
