[PVE-User] Proxmox 2.1 NFS gui refresh

I went through this a few weeks ago:

The KVM build required to do nesting on Intel CPUs is newer than what's compatible with the current OpenVZ-enabled kernel (an OpenVZ limitation, not PVE), so the kernel currently shipping with PVE 2.x doesn't support kvm_intel nesting.  OpenVZ patches a lot of kernel structures that KVM also happens to use.  One or the other of KVM or OpenVZ would need to be modified further to work with both, and have the required newer KVM version.   I looked at the scope of modifications and decided it wasn't worth the work at this time.

My experiences so far on KVM nesting aren't so good though, even with the very newest KVM builds.  I'm hoping at some point kvm_intel can usefully nest other hypervisors besides itself (ESXi 5 and XenServer for instance).  AMD nesting support may be in better shape because it's said to be more complete - I don't know.  ESXi 5.1 in particular is out in front in this regard, making effective use of the Intel EPT
