[PVE-User] about sheepdog wiki

Just get sheepdog working in my ( for now ) test system, and there are some
omissions in the wiki :

The startup file must be create in every node prior to start the deamon .

And the daemon must be running in all nodes before format .

Now everything are working, starting tests ...
