i created video http://youtu.be/tlh4zxqfvhk (create vm, define, start, load drivers, no disk, repair, command line, diskpart)
virtio-windows2012.iso is drivers suggested earlier (http://people.redhat.com/vrozenfe/build-39/)

Just watched the video, you select the wrong driver, use the drivers from the "Win8" folder.
