You cannot calculate that, depends on too many dynamic changing factors.
Best practice:
- Increase the size of the snapshot (see 'man vzdump')
- Increase backup performance (faster network, faster disks).
- Minimize writes inside the guest during backup
In most cases, increasing the snapshot size is enough.
