[PVE-User] Windows 2003 crash with PVE 2.1

Just a precision, I migrated from 1.9 to 2.0 using the migration script,
not by a clean PVE 2.0 or 2.1 install, and not by restoring the VMS from
a backup (only importing parameters with the script).
