[PVE-User] What sort of IO Delay number is tolerable?

Hi Everyone,

This question might be stupid. I want to know what sort of IO delay is
tolerable in a production environment. I basically want to know when to
stop creating VMs....Is a contineous IO delay of 40% very bad? or does it
just degrade the performance in read and write?
