[PVE-User] Install Error: unable to create volume group /usr/bin/proxinstall at line 602

Hi Everyone,

I am separating the install error I am getting from a feedback question I
asked earlier.

I have a SuperMicro system which works fine with Proxmox v1.8. I just
downloaded v2.1 and put it on DVD and USB; but it fails with both methods
at install after entering all the IP and country information with this
error:

*unable to create volume group /usr/bin/proxinstall at line 602*

There is nothing about this on Google or Proxmox forum. I should start
debugging somewhere. Please guide.
