[PVE-User] Dose Proxmox cluster share CPU, RAM between virtual host

Hi All,

I run 3 proxmox as one cluster, my concern is, is it possible to share this 3 proxmox
CPU and RAM resource between all virtual host?
For example 
Proxmox1--> I create 4 VM
Proxmox2--> I create 2 VM
Proxmox3--> I create 6 VM

Now I want to add 4 more VM in Proxmox and want to share Proxmox CPU and RAM......is it possible ?
or dose proxmox cluster automatically share CPU and RAM/
