[PVE-User] send key {} problem

Dear all

I have to do win2008 repair
and booted my w28 kvm vm with w2008 installation media in order to 
repair the system

the problem is :  winload.exe is missing ...  choose repair ...

So the possible solution would be :

(in the console window)
c:\
cd \windows\system32
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} device boot
bcdedit /set {default} device boot
bcdedit /set {default} osdevice boot


The problem I have is to send " } " " { "  keys to the command prompt !

I would very appreciate for the tip that solves this
