Hi Stefan,

Why would you want to use a bridge to connect to your ISCSI-Target?
Just have your vmbr0 running for connecting vm's and config eth1 as static device in /etc/network/interfaces as usual. If this does not work then you have an other problem in your setup.

to be more correct: local ping to vmbr1 is okay.
