I have less and less windows 2003 (R2) VMs, but I still have some
nevertheless, both under PVE 1.9 and PVE 2.0 RC.
I do not see these error messages in my logs. I use ostype : w2k3. But
all are 32 bits VMs...

For example, with PVE 1.9 :
/etc/qemu-server# cat 121.conf
name: pc-xwins
ide2: none,media=cdrom
vlan0: virtio=5E:7E:A4:A1:29:66
bootdisk: ide0
ostype: w2k3
ide0: local:121/vm-121-disk-1.raw
memory: 512
sockets: 1
ide1: local:121/vm-121-disk-2.raw
ide3: local:121/vm-121-disk-3.raw

What type of CPU do you have ? I see that you give it a lot of memory,
hence the 64 bit requirement, I guess.
