[PVE-User] Cluster issue with upgrade

I restarted cman service on the both nodes at the same time.
But the view is unchanged.

pmxcfs continue to put the following message in /var/log/syslog:

Feb 17 04:23:28 seco pmxcfs[19928]: [status] crit: cpg_send_message failed: 9

Why is this message put?
